As I was browsing Pinterest the other day, I ran across this little gem:

I knew it would make a great card for any number of my friends, so I created this:

I stamped part of the sentiment with Lawn Fawn's Smitty's Alphabet stamps, and tucked in the colorful part of the sentiment with die cut letters. (PTI's Block Alphabet) The balloon tail is the silver part of the card to fit CAS-ual Friday's theme this week, along with the silver beads to mimic the reflection on the balloon. If you look closely, you can see that I inked the edges of the cloud to create the "silver lining," because we all know that every cloud has one.

I need to make at least 25 more of these cards. Just to leave around my friends' classrooms!

Both are so cute.
These are great cards! I can really see these going to friends that needed some encouragement to let something in their lives go that wasn't so positive anymore.
Thanks for sharing!

Both cards are really cute! I love how you took the inspiration from pinterest. I need to do that more often.
Both of those are just darling...they look light and airy, just like a baloon!
