This is my THIRD post today! Yowzers! Please scroll down to see the other two.
As I said earlier - I love this week's sketch from Card Patterns! It is so versatile and FUN!! Here it is (again!):
A long time ago I stamped and paper-pieced this umbrella on the front of the blue cardstock, and then I got stuck. I didn't know what to do after that, so it just sat and sat and sat. Today, I decided I was going to use it...finally! So, I cut it and mounted it on the red cardstock and it became my focal point. Love it when things work out the way I want them...so rare in card-making (and life for that matter!)
Everything is Papertrey Ink supplies except for the random red gemstones!

This is my favorite of the three. There's something about those colors (and how I seem to be drawn to white lately) and all the patterns you've used. Love it!
You are on a roll girlfriend! Yay! I love this card, love the raindrops and the little brads in the corner. Nice job!
Very pretty, Lee Anne! I love the way you used these colors and the different patterns!
I love what you did with this!! I really need to get the additions set!
Love this card! I always love seeing Spring Rain paired with Pure Poppy. Great job using the umbrella. I have a few pieces like that sitting around waiting for inspiration.
There is a lot I love about this card. The colors go so well together. The tin type is my favorite background stamp and those little rain drops look so cute. Great job LeAnne
So so pretty! The color combo is great!
Love the color combo and the red tin type really pops on the white background.
Love the colors!! Fabulous card!
WOW, I really LOVE this! So nice and bold, love the colors, and the Tin Types background works particularly well with the more solid focal point umbrella!
Well it was worth the wait because this card is soooo much fun Lee Anne! The BG ties in with the focal image really well.
Love that background and the color combos are just yummy. The more I see this set used, the more it moves up my "must have" list. Great card.
Beautiful card! Thanks so much for playing with Card Patterns this week! xx
