Pretty, isn't it? I mulled this one over for quite some time. I really wanted to stay true to the colors and shapes, but I didn't have a tree in that same shape. So, I decided to work with my hot air balloons. I haven't in awhile, and I have forgotten how much fun they are. Here's my card:
I tried to mimic the shape of the foreground by sewing some chartreuse felt on the aqua mist cardstock. I added a little texture to the cardstock with an impression plate and inked the edges in white to resemble clouds.
I loved this challenge! Thanks, Cath!
