Another Layout!

Once again, thanks again to Beth for giving us some extra motivation to get some layouts done with our stamps.  I've completed another, and now I'm out of pictures to use and must print some more.  Next up - Christmas!

Here's my layout.  I didn't use PTI stamps for the background, but the words are Fresh Alphabet, and the green paper is New Leaf.  I also inked the edges of the green paper with Tea Dye Duo. There's some Dark Chocolate twill  in there too.

Here's a close up of the cute dinosaur stamp.  I won it in a Paper Crafts Connection give-away in April.
I'm not completely crazy about this layout; I wanted to do something other than squares or rectangles for the photos, so it looks a bit strange to me for now.  I usually don't like my layouts until I put them in the book and look at them a few days later.  Anyway, it's done now and I can move on!

Oh my gosh, Lee Anne, the dinosaur stamp is just PERFECT for this layout! Plus, from a distance, it looks like waves or swirls, so it adds an element of movement to the page. I know what you mean about liking your layouts *later,* *in the book!* I often feel the same!

Sometimes we are our own worst critics. I know that I shy away from scrapbooking because I'm afraid I won't have it look 'just right.' In reality just getting those pictures out of the computer is what's most important. I love it...great use of what you have!

Your background paper is awesome! At first glance, it looked like swirls. That was fine, too, but even better to see the dinosaurs!

But oh my, it is so cute! I love how you made the dino mat! I also like your backround, and think I could do that with any medium size stamp- then maybe color is just a few? Like the teapots, maybe? Such a great idea!

This is a really cute background paper. That dinosaur stamped over and over is perfect for this layout. Great job on this challenge.
