HERE. It's all about heat embossing - which I was dragged into kicking and screaming a few years ago. Now, I can't imagine life without a heat gun. I know - sad.
Sue Ann (yankeefan on the PTI forum) sold me the In Bloom stamp set which has been on my list for a looooonnnng time. (Thanks Sue Ann -
waving!) The first thing I wanted to do was heat emboss the large image on Pure Poppy. I knew it would be pretty! So excited to finally have this set - now I need the die, paper and impression plate. Geez!

Can you tell I popped up the center part of the flower? I also heat-embossed the sentiment from Tiny Tags on the die. This was a fun card to make and I may be making many of these in a wonderful rainbow of PTI colors!

LeeAnn, I have had this set for a loooong time, and only have "thought" about doing exactly what you just accomplished. I love the effect, and the raised center of the flower too. Guess I had better employ more action, and less thought, eh?

Love this card. I really like the way you have a touch of black on the outline, echoed in the ribbon. And, really like how the white embossing pops. I have all these sets, and will be CASING soon.

Love the combo of red, black, and white. The In Bloom set is one of the best sets ever. You did a great job embossing and popping up the flower. I like how you used the tag for the sentiment.
AWESOME!!! I can't color worth a flip so I seriously limit my flower stash... but this is one of those stamps I could definitely get because it embosses so well... or YOU do it so well and I can just admire it, lol.

I love the In Bloom stamp set and also bought it second hand on the forums. Let me know if you want me to send you some die cuts of the set and/or the impression plate ... maybe we can do an exchange? The white embossing really pops on this card - awesome job!!
